Service requests would be made to Sheffield City Council via the contracted provider for the Streets Ahead programme (currently Amey). There is no evidence of datasets on service requests being available on- or off-line. There are pages for submitting requests for services (graffiti, potholes, etc) but the closest thing to any data available is pdf maps of planned roadworks.
