Some data is available in a relatively well structured format - the external spending over £500 pounds, which is available in CSV form by month. There is no meta-data available for what the columns mean however. As of February 2014, the data is three months old.

Other detailed spend - for example, staff costs - is not available in that form. The council website provides information but no systematic presentation of detailed expenditure other than external spending over £500.
