Data available includes gps, post offices, childrens centres, libraries, fire stations, police stations, dentists, schools, etc etc. Data updates are ad hoc- there can be a backlog of several years (which is not always an issue- fire stations for example seldom move). Data can be accessed from several points within the site- there is usually a small download symbol on the righthand side at the top, and all data can be mapped and interrogated onsite. There is an open data statement under terms and conditions. I have checked "unsure" as to whether the data is open simply because 1)some data is from other open sources and 2)Ordnance Survey sometimes claim derived data rights to some location data.
